I am Steven Hill. I have worked in art for over 25 years in London, Rome, Milan, Paris, New York, L.A., Phoenix, Boise, and many other cities; also for private collectors.
I was trained at the Univ. of London, Masters Degree in International Art History, understanding the intent of the artist, as well as forensics.
